Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products

• Any item with the below condition will be automatically refunded 14 days from the date the product is received if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged, or

  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered).

• To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sales@abfworldgroup.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Other Return Requests

• For all other return inquiries (e.g., change of mind, different size, etc.), please email us at sales@abfworldgroup.com.

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • For any concerns outside this window, please reach out — we’re here to help.

Exchanges

• We are happy to offer exchanges for qualifying products.

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  

Return Shipping Cost

• For defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by ABF World Group.

• For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by our team.

Conditions

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/documentation.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.

• Exchanges will be shipped once the returned product is received and processed.
